Mas o que isso significa?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se uma NF-e usar CFOP de Devolu\u00e7\u00e3o de Mercadoria, mas tiver finalidade diferente de NFe Complementar ou Devolu\u00e7\u00e3o de Mercadoria, ocorrer\u00e1 rejei\u00e7\u00e3o no sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">COMO RESOLVER A REJEI\u00c7\u00c3O 328?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Voc\u00ea deve consultar a tabela e identificar o CFOP que seja de devolu\u00e7\u00e3o e se adeque a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o da sua Nota Fiscal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voc\u00ea pode acessar essa tabela, chamada de SPED (Sistema P\u00fablico de Escritura\u00e7\u00e3o Digital), clicando <a href=\"http:\/\/sped.rfb.gov.br\/\">AQUI<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essa tabela cont\u00e9m uma lista de c\u00f3digos num\u00e9ricos e suas respectivas descri\u00e7\u00f5es que representam as diferentes opera\u00e7\u00f5es e presta\u00e7\u00f5es sujeitas \u00e0 tributa\u00e7\u00e3o no \u00e2mbito do ICMS e IPI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se a sua Nota Fiscal de emiss\u00e3o \u00e9 para devolu\u00e7\u00e3o de mercadoria vc deve alterar a finalidade da NF-e para &#8221;Devolu\u00e7\u00e3o de Mercadoria&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agora, se sua Nota Fiscal for de venda normal, voc\u00ea deve trocar o c\u00f3digo CFOP para um de vendas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VEJA NA PR\u00c1TICA COMO FUNCIONA NO FUGANHOLI SISTEMAS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando esse problema acontece, o sistema j\u00e1 sinaliza em <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">vermelho <\/mark>onde est\u00e1 o erro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"338\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.fuganholisistemas.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-32-1024x338.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-732\" srcset=\"http:\/\/blog.fuganholisistemas.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-32-1024x338.png 1024w, http:\/\/blog.fuganholisistemas.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-32-300x99.png 300w, http:\/\/blog.fuganholisistemas.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-32-768x253.png 768w, http:\/\/blog.fuganholisistemas.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-32.png 1331w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Verifique se a <em>Finalidade<\/em> da Nota Fiscal confere com o <em>CFOP<\/em>.
